Advanced Contact Manager is a simple contact management solution for your sales and technical support teams to keep track of your customers, open issues and call, email and contact history.
Pros: Advanced Contact Manager helps you manage contacts. Sales and support tem can keep track of contacts, calls and e-mails. Open issues, sales follow up as well as email & contact history can be maintained. The application interacts directly with SMTP and POP3 servers to handle mails. Incoming and sent mails can be listed. Mails from, subject, date, assigned to and call code are displayed for both incoming as well as sent mails. All calls, calls assigned to a specific operator etc are some of the ways calls can be listed. Listings of products, users, product categories and clients are available to help customer service operators find relevant details quite easily. Each of these classes of details can be edited easily. Add, edit or delete specific records as required.
Call related functionalities are similar. Details maintained help customer service representatives track issues easily. History of every call, email, client, issue and user are maintained. The history clearly indicates clearly how each representative performs in following and closing issues. Options lets you set several things in general, interface and e-mail categories. E-mail options lets you point the system to the right incoming and outgoing servers, ports as well as the e-mail account details. Interface set lets you set fonts for e-mail header, body etc and settings for the toolbar.
Cons: While e-mails get gathered automatically, call details have to be entered manually. More details are to be entered more maintenance problems.
Overall: Nice and easy interface makes this comfortable for use and lets your operative be productive quickly. Overall this is a very good 3 star item.
